I got that domain to start a no-logging proxy site, with snooping protection (using Forward Secrecy), but due to time constraints couldn't work on it.

Ok so there are requirements if you want this domain,

The domain will be only forwarded to you (total control) once you have setup a secured proxy (SSL Secured) with SPDY / TLS 1.2 Enabled Webserver and using ciphers that force Forward Secrecy.
