I am looking for an affordable coder to create a semi-automatic script that will download some videos from a host and then re-upload to another host. The process does not stop here, this script will then post the videos along with some more fields (which will come from the source host) to wordpress.

There are a couple of more small projects/products which will be given to the same coder if I am happy with the quality of work.
