Okay so a little background...
I've been rooting and modifing my Android since I got my first one, not sure when exactly the year or anything but I have to wait two years to upgrade and I've had 6 lol. I just recently got the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 which to date is my most beloved Android phone yet. The things this thing can do are ENDLESS, and suprisingly enough for how big the screen is it gets the best battery life out of any phone I've ever had. From 100% and using it moderatly(maybe 5-6 10 minute phone calls, around 100-150 text messages, a little Clash of Clans :p, etc) it takes about 24-36 hours to get to 0%, BUT anyways enough about my phone, let's get to the site.
I just did a major overhaul and added a TON of new stuff. I optimized it and all. Needless to say it's much better then it was last week. Just waiting on a member here to make me a logo. Then it should be just about done and then all I need to do is forum upkeep. So here it is...I've been up for 36 hours getting it ready for a traffic blast as Xposed framework just was updated to work with Samsung Lollipop TouchWiz ROMs.

Negative Unfair ( SCAM ) Business Practices by Host-Palace

I am just here to report some unfair and unethical business practices run by a Not So Popular WebHost Host-Palace.com
Before reading, I would wish to make it clear that we are not here to bash them or abuse but rather put forward our experience with Host-Palace.com as a client.
So the story goes as such .... ( Grab your popcorn :) )
We made a deal from host-palace's admin/director about 2 racks ( 80 Servers )
Specification :-
40 Servers x X3430 8GB RAM, 4x1TB SATA 2, 2Gbps 200TB
20 Servers x E3-1230 32GB RAM 2x2TB SATA 2, 2Gbps 100TB
10 Servers x E3-1230 32GB RAM 2x4TB SATA 2, 2Gbps 100TB
10 Servers x E3-1230 32GB RAM 480GB SSD x2, 2Gbps 100TB
On date :- 30th April 2015
We took confirmation about activation time on 29th then we placed order
Here is some proof :-

And After 1 Day we confirmed about order again, if he has placed the order with his provider or not since he is a reseller of SmartDC. ( | Click Here | Click Here | Click Here | )
So its proved now that order was placed on 30th April 2015
After placing the order and taking our payment, when we enquired about our order status, to our surprise they started to ignore us. First we thought may be they are busy but after few attempts of trying to contact them we received no positive response.

So after a series of attempts of communications and failure to deliver what was promised, we decided to cancel the order with this provider since they were ignoring us and most important the servers did not arrive on the day promised or rather were significantly delayed.
We understand that they could have run into some unforeseen issues, however ignoring us was not the best of the option they had ?
They could have contacted us and informed us about the delay. But they chose to ignore. So we asked for a refund and the Owner Tipu Sultan agreed to refund us.
Now check how he agreed to refund then again refused which turn out to scam
After we asked many times regarding activation and got ignored by them.
Then we created ticket about refund
They agreed for refund once then again refused when we said ok.

After he said soon word again which dont have clear explanation when they will deliver , we asked for refund ( | Click Here Part 1 | Click Here Part 2 | Click Here Part 3 )
After we asked for refund they said 1 week more which is total 28 days ( | Click Here | )
Now see he accepted for refund and refused again ( Click Here | Click Here | Click Here | Click Here | )
Now See they replied some fake information and suspended all of our servers ( Click Here | Click Here | Click Here | Click Here | )

And now he saying that was activation date

This is another proof that he said i know when we said its too late 21 days gone now

So till now he didn't add our order of X3430 which clearly prove he wanted to add the orders = on activation date.
because order was manual
So now they have suspended all of our servers which we had with them in the past + they have suspended some of the new servers delivered + they have denied us a refund.
4000 Euros is a big amount atleast for a mid size host like us and he is happy to scam us considering no one would be able to find out about them.
Com'on How selfish and unfair could you guys get!
And Professionalism ? Zero. The Owner Tipu Sultan is too rude and very arrogant. This is not how you run business. I have multiple screenshots of our Skype conversations which I can post here but I would choose to stick to the topic.
It has also been brought to our attention that there are lot of clients on Wjunction who have been victims of Unfair and Unethical Business practices run by Host-Palace and Its Directors. Many chose to shutup and keep quite because these guys threaten their clients.
I wish to appeal to all the members, if you have been a victim or fallen prey to such malpractices and scams run by Host-Palace.com then please come forward. We need to report all such activities to the admins and moderators here.
I would also be getting Instantdedicated.com's CEO Jelle to reply here as Tipu Sultan (Host-Palace) has scammed them of xx,xxx$$.
@ Mods & Admin, Please look into this.
If they still ready to refund we will not file case against them please mod and admin contact with them if they are ready to refund
