Thinking of Earning again by Uploading, need suggestions

Hello guys,
I'm thinking to do uploading again.
I need some suggestions as below.

* What will be good? RL/sBorg/RDP?
* What is the best provider who provide the things above with premium accounts so i can download easily and then upload.
* If i make my own warez forum/blog, to which sites should i submit my downloads?
* If i don't make website and do uploads, to which site should i post?
* Which filehost is the best for uploads nowadays which is legit and has good rates
