Hello, I'm looking for a small(personal use) dedicated Server for upload and seed Public Torrents and encoding.
Location: Europe(i guess), somehow relaxed DMCA policy (just in case), 1tb,1Gbps
is here any established provider or kindly can you suggest me a reseller?
