The way it works is simple we have an sdk installed allowing us to assign a special url to each partner which will enable us to track your installs and engagement in realtime.
Currently we're a free app for promotional reasons tied to ranking but we'll be going paid in the coming week.
To qualify you simply have to be able explain your strategy to gaining a great number of installs per day. Being able to show an impressive social media presence/screenshots helps!
