adopsguys.com scam ads network - never trust it - Stole more than 5000$ from me

Hi everybody,
I have registered here to let you all know take care . and never use or trust this network adopsguys.com
it is own by David Telian who stole a lot of money from his costumers . He worked as advertise company so publishers signed up at his site .
he said he has Google adexchange ( doubleclick ) account and the earning with his account is good . he said publishers with him can put the ads at any site he approved .
so me and friends registered with him and he paid us first month . Then when the money was very big from all of us . He stole all that money .
5000$ from me . and more than 13000$ fro my friends money . He stole all this money . not just us we did some investigation and many people got scammed !!

He had a filehost called : chasefile.com
but the admin here banned him since he knew that he is scammer !

I already asked someone there in USA to report him so police deal with him . He will be in bad situation soon .
Just never trust just scammer guys . He will steal your money and your effort
