adding payonner card to webmoney !!

hello guys .. need help plz
I want to add my prepaid card that I received from payoneer...few weeks ago to webmoney account


what I should to put in bank and country, city ??
name bank is payoneer !!
country, city is USA, New york !!

right ?

and I guess when I confirm.. webmoney will take me 18$ ! right ?
