Today I m going to give u full detail of my bad experience with Infinityhosts.com. I was very happy to find infinityhosts at first. Then, after 3-5months they directly suspended my account without any notification or email. I tried to contact them but no answer. I even opened ticket but they didn't replied. I even posted on their official wjunction thread. So after 15hrs... they came online in skype.
I was in great loss so I asked them why they have suspended my website and to un-suspend my account asap. But they refused to do so, rather they told me "Google detected 1 suspicious URLs (space inserted to prevent accidental clicking in case your email client auto-links URLs)". The url that they gave me, i used it for embeding video...so in that case i just used iframe tag to embed the url. So, what wrong happen there i couldnot understand.
Secondly they told me my site has been using too much cpu since 10 days so they had suspended my account. If my site has been using too much cpu since 10 days, why they didn't send me any notification then? It shows their negligency.
After that they said me to change my host. They provided me the full cpanle backup. You know its quite annoying and irritating thing to shift the whole site time and again. So, i had to search agarin for the better host. Finally i got one and contacted them. Thank god they weren't like Infinityhosts.com. They told me they will transfer my whole site. So, i gave them the full cpanel backup. They were trying to restore it but got some unknown system file error as the backup provided by Infinityhosts.com was corrupted. Therefore, I again contacted them and requested them to enable the cpanel access so that i could take my backups.
You will be shocked what Infinityhosts.com did to me.... they enabled my cpanel account telling me i had only 15minutes to backup everything. So, when i try to login to my cpanel ....guess what my ip was blocked...so i asked them again to unblock my ip..meanwhile 5 minute was gone..i had only 10minutes to backup my whole site... I tried my best to backup..it was in the process but the death bell rang. The cpanel access was blocked again telling me the time is over.They provided me the new backup again and i asked my new hoster to restore it. Finally they were able to restore my website.
So all in all Infinityhosts.com was the worst thing ever happened to me. You know what kind of language they speak with their client. Let me show u:

So think twice before choosing them.. cause what they did to me might be done to u too...
