I am starting a domain registrar site and I need a good theme for my website.
The theme needs to be HTML or WHMCS.
Also, just out of curiosity, how much does it cost to design and code a theme? And by doing that does it give me 100% right to theme as in I can sell them or does it still allow the original designer/coder to make copies and distribute/sell?
