i´m looking for a Windows RDP.
Budget is around 15$ (max 20$)

Requirement
Location : Asia/Russia/Romania or something, NOT Germany/US/NL!
Space : 50-100 GB
Bandwidth : Unmetered (fair use)
Custom Applications: FileUploader,WinRAR,JDownloader

I want Backup my Files from OCH with new MD5 Hash und reupp it again to an another Filehoster.
Further i want to use Teamspeak 3 and set up a proxy server for some friends.
Maybe host some Websites.
